Jacob Zuma has resigned from the post of South African president. If he did not resign, he declared his resignation because of pressure from the ruling party that he would be removed from office without a confidence vote.
At the same time, Zuma said he did not agree with the decision of the party. The new chancellor has created a situation for Vice Chancellor Cyril Ramaphosa to be selected. Zuma’s close relatives resorted to a scandal in protest of the trials by police in homes.
